We collect: (a) Information you provide: name, email address, and date of birth; (b) Automatically collected: device and browser fingerprint, IP address, gameplay activity, and your virtual-currency (Coins) transaction history; (c) Cookies and similar tracking technologies used for analytics and site functionality. We do not collect identity documents, copies of official identification, or payment card details, because the Service never pays out cash or prizes.

We use your information to: operate, secure and improve the Service; credit and track your Coins balance; confirm you meet the minimum age requirement; detect and prevent fraud, abuse and multi-accounting; attribute rewards you earn from advertising and offerwall partners; send transactional communications; and personalize your experience.

We share information with: hosting and infrastructure providers that run the Service on our behalf; analytics providers; advertising and offerwall partners, for reward attribution when you complete a sponsored offer; and government or law-enforcement authorities only where disclosure is required by law or valid legal process. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account records and virtual-currency transaction history for as long as your account is active, and for up to 2 years after account closure for fraud prevention and dispute resolution. Analytics and device data are retained for up to 24 months. Other data is deleted upon account closure or upon request.

California residents have the right to: know what personal information is collected; request deletion of personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell data); limit the use of sensitive personal information; and non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Parlay Casino LLC does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. Advertising and offerwall partners receive only the limited identifiers needed to credit you for an offer you chose to complete. You can withdraw analytics and advertising cookie consent at any time from the cookie banner, or by contacting privacy@parlaycasinollc.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), secure password hashing (bcrypt), and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
