By accessing or using Parlay Casino LLC ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. You may only maintain one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts will result in suspension and forfeiture of virtual currencies.

Parlay Casino LLC uses a virtual currency called "Coins" for gameplay. Coins are virtual tokens used solely for entertainment. Coins have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money or prizes, and do not constitute real money, gambling, or consideration. Coins may be purchased through in-app purchases but remain non-transferable and non-redeemable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

You may not: use automated bots or scripts; attempt to exploit or manipulate game outcomes; create multiple accounts; engage in collusion; or use the Service for any illegal purpose.

All content, games, and materials on Parlay Casino LLC are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, all Coin balances are forfeited.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
